Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@lauraboutiquechicago.com.

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that a $20 CAD return shipping fee applies for international handling and processing and will be deducted from your refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lauraboutiquechicago.com with your order number.

After 12 hours, orders are automatically processed with our warehouse and suppliers. At that stage, inventory is reserved, shipping preparations begin, and supplier costs are incurred, which makes it no longer possible to cancel.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

Email us at info@lauraboutiquechicago.com and include clear photos, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Reasons)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items: swimwear, underwear/lingerie, bodysuits, shapewear, and socks/hosiery. These items are considered final sale once delivered.

We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us ensure every customer receives items that are safe, clean, and handled with care. If you have any questions about sizing or fit before ordering, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (if eligible), and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the correct item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@lauraboutiquechicago.com.

Overseas Returns
Please note that all returns must be sent to our overseas warehouse. Because this is an international return, delivery times may take longer than domestic returns.

Once your return is received and confirmed at our warehouse, we will issue your refund for the returned item. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
