Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after you place your order using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and the fastest available service.
Typical delivery time is between 14 to 21 business days, however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track your package every step of the way.
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will happily send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note that refunds are not issued for orders that are lost in transit once they have been shipped. Our responsibility is to ensure that you receive your product, and in the case of a confirmed loss, a replacement will be provided as the resolution.
We kindly ask customers to contact us as soon as possible if a package appears delayed or missing so we can assist promptly.
Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
